Pihak Pengurusan akan memberitahu sebulan sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh sama ada ahli kelab BP mahu meneruskan atau menamatkan keahlian




Adakah tarikh tetap untuk kursus dan mesyuarat ahli?


Kami akan menerbitkan notis kepada semua ahli satu minggu sebelum kursus atau mesyuarat.




Sekiranya saya tidak dapat menghadiri mesyuarat, bagaimana saya boleh mendapat maklumat terkini?


Setiap ahli akan dijemput ke satu kumpulan WhatsApp supaya anda dapat menerima maklumat yang terkini tentang hartanah lelong yang terpilih oleh Dr. Alwyn.




Bagaimanakah BP akan membantu saya untuk melabur hartanah lelong?


Setiap ahli akan mempunyai seorang "Property Consultant" dan seorang "Management" yang bertanggungjawab. Mereka akan membantu anda untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang anda hadapi. Di samping itu, Pengasas BP Group, Datuk Dr Ben dan Pengasas Kelab Pelaburan Hartanah BP, Dr Alwyn akan menjadi sokongan anda yang paling kuat, yang membolehkan anda berjaya dalam pelaburan hartanah lelong.




Renovation team itu adalah pasukan BP atau kontraktor luar?


Kami mempunyai pasukan renovation sendiri yang akan memberi perkhidmatan yang berkualiti.




Bagaimanakah BP akan membantu saya untuk menjual rumah saya selepas renovation? Berapa % komisen yang perlu bayar?


Professional Consultant BP seramai 300 orang akan membantu anda untuk menjual rumah tersebut secepat mungkin. Komisen adalah 2%-3% seperti pasaran terkini.




Sekiranya saya berjaya menawar rumah lelong, adakah anda akan menguruskan semua prosedur untuk saya?


Ya, pasukan peguam dan perunding BP akan membantu ahli menguruskan semua prosedur undang-undang dan yang berkaitan.

(Terms & Conditions for the Annual Subscription of BP Property Investment Club)

1. Upon payment, the applicant hereby agreeable and/or consent as to the Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) hereinstated in which any dispute as to the T&C hereinstated shall not be entertained by BP AUCTION CLUB SDN BHD (“BP AUCTION CLUB”).
2. Applicant hereby consent that the fees paid for the registration of this Annual Subscription of BP Investment Club shall not be refundable in whatsoever reason and/or form. 3. Upon duly completed the registration, applicant is eligible to attend the activities and/or training as follows (vide online only):- (a) Two (2) days Auction Investment Special Training Course which shall include the following topics:-
i. Mindset and strategic in Investing auction property
ii. Analysis on the purchase worthy auction property
iii. The flow and/or process in bidding auction property
iv. Simulation as to practical bidding experience
v. The flow and/or process of the e-bidding
vi. Analysis as to the secret of bank loan
vii. Scrutinisation as to Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT)
viii. Strategic of create and/or form a valuable Property Investment Company (b) Six (6) major property tax lesson
i. Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT) Lesson
ii. Analysis as to Company Income Tax Lesson
iii. Analysis as to Personal Income Tax Lesson
iv. Shares allocation and crowdfunding Lesson
v. Ways to form a valuable company
vi. Corporate and Personal tax planning Lesson (c) One (1) time one to one coaching 4. BP AUCTION CLUB hereby covenant to give a minimum of three (3) days prior notice as to any lesson and/or courses as mentioned in clause 3 above in which should the applicant failed to attend upon such notification, no refund will be entertained and BP AUCTION CLUB will not bear any responsibilities thereto. 5. Nonetheless, should the applicant insist and/or opted to join any lesson and/or courses as mentioned in clause 3 above by way of offline instead of online in which the applicant undertake to pay his/her portion of venue fee requested by BP AUCTION CLUB. BP AUCTION CLUB shall have the final say on the amount of such venue fee. 6. In the event that the applicant opted and/or choose to renew the subscription of this Annual Subscription of BP Property Investment Club, the applicant shall within 30 days before the expired of such Annual Subscription issue and/or serve a written notice to BP AUCTION CLUB to inform such intention to renew the subscription in which event BP AUCTION CLUB shall issue a quotation for such renewal to the applicant. Upon receive the said quotation for the renewal of subscription, the applicant shall at the latest within one (1) month after the expiry of the previous Annual Subscription pay the fees for the renewal thereto, failing which BP AUCTION CLUB shall construed that the applicant has no intention to further renew such subscription. In view of such, no further application by the applicant shall be entertained by BP AUCTION CLUB.
7. Should the applicant opted to change and/or alter such Annual Subscription of BP Property Investment Club to (Lifetime Member), the applicant shall issue and/or serve a written notice and top up the price difference per request of the BP AUCTION CLUB. BP AUCTION CLUB shall hold the final says of such price difference in which the applicant shall have no rights to oppose and/or object thereto. 8. Should the applicant unilaterally withdraw from the BP Property Investment Club, the applicant hereby consent and/or is agreeable that there will be strictly no refund from BP AUCTION CLUB as to any fees duly paid by the applicant. Should there are any balance fees payable to BP AUCTION CLUB upon such unilaterally withdrawal of the applicant, BP AUCTION CLUB legal rights against the applicant for the balance fees are hereby reserved. 9. BP AUCTION CLUB reserved the rights to alter and change the T&C in which a MEMO will be issued should there is any changes and/or alteration in the T&C of this registration.
